I recently had an exchange experience with Cantabil, and overall it was quite smooth and hassle-free. The staff handled the process efficiently, which I really appreciated. However, I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t receive the same discount on the exchanged item, and I had to pay some extra cash.
That said, Cantabil still offers a great range of stylish and quality clothing, so it remains a good place to shop. With a bit more consistency in their discount policy during exchanges, the experience would be even better.
